Job Description
In this Unilever Quality Executive Job, the Senior Quality Executive will support the delivery of brand superiority by enhancing quality governance, consumer safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across Home Care India factories and Liquid contract manufacturing operations. This role is pivotal in driving quality governance and ensuring robust quality systems while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Home Care India quality strategy through strong governance of QMS, GMP, UQP, audit compliance, and quality risk controls.
- Lead implementation of QMS changes and ensure compliance across factories and contract manufacturing sites.
- Monitor internal audit status and escalate delays in quality closure processes.
- Provide technical guidance on quality standards and documentation requirements.
- Partner with teams on change management, risk assessment, and post-launch monitoring.
- Drive continuous improvement through structured RCA, CAPA, and quality performance tracking.
- Represent Quality in cross-functional forums and engage with external partners.
- Maintain structured trackers and dashboards for leadership visibility.
Job Eligibility
- University degree in a technical discipline such as Science or Microbiology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Care Quality or related fields.
- Strong understanding of QMS, GMP, audit management, and product quality controls.
- Ability to analyse quality data and drive preventive actions.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Future-fit digital mindset with experience in quality dashboards and reporting.
