Job Description
In this Syneos Health job, the Safety & PV Specialist I will enter information into PVG quality and tracking systems, assist in processing ICSRs, maintain safety tracking, and perform literature screening and review. This role requires a strong understanding of the clinical trial process and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter information into PVG quality and tracking systems for receipt and tracking ICSR as required.
- Assist in the processing of ICSRs according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform literature screening and review for safety, drug coding, and maintenance of drug dictionary.
- Validation and submission of xEVMPD product records.
- Identification and management of duplicate ICSRs.
- Quality review of ICSRs.
- Ensure all relevant documents are submitted to the Trial Master File (TMF).
- Participate in audits as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in life science, registered nurse, pharmacist, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of safety database systems and medical terminology.
- Good understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations related to Safety and Pharmacovigilance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
