- Consolidated Salary: ₹34,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Description
The role of the Research Coordinator involves supporting various research activities at ACTREC. Candidates will be responsible for managing biological samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). The position requires effective communication and scientific writing skills, along with a basic understanding of molecular biology techniques, next-generation sequencing, and laboratory workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Manage biological samples (blood/tissue) and maintain records.
- Follow SOPs to maintain quality standards.
- Perform DNA extraction, PCR-based techniques, and sequencing library preparation.
- Handle mass spectrometry and chromatography machine operations.
- Utilise automated biobank systems and liquid handling platforms.
- Maintain laboratory data management systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members and write scientific reports.
- Organise and coordinate research activities efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: M. Tech in Biotechnology or M.Sc in Biotechnology/Life Sciences (Botany/Zoology/Biochemistry/Applied Biology/Microbiology).
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.
- Age limit: Up to 35 years (relaxation based on experience).
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of molecular biology techniques.
- Experience in handling biological samples.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Effective communication and scientific writing abilities.
- Familiarity with laboratory data management systems.
