Key Responsibilities
- Quality Management System (QMS): Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the QMS, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Commercial Quality Support: Partner with various teams to provide quality guidance, ensuring consistent execution of quality processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Audits & Compliance: Support internal audits and process assessments, ensuring timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement: Participate in root cause investigations and collaborate with teams to implement sustainable process improvements.
- Training & Quality Culture: Monitor quality training completion and assist with reporting on training and compliance metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and communicate quality expectations effectively across the organization.
- Travel: Travel within India and South Asia to support audits and quality initiatives as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related quality function within the Medical Device or Healthcare industry.
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality processes.
- Experience supporting quality activities in commercial or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CAPA, and Risk-based thinking.
- Exposure to internal quality audits and regulatory compliance activities.
