Job Purpose: Cipla Microbiology Job
Execute analysis of allocated samples and produce reliable and reproducible results to ensure compliance with microbiological quality parameters and predefined specifications and standards. This Cipla microbiology job requires accurate documentation and timely reporting of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and review samples based on work allocation to meet the service level agreement.
- Review the data as per respective specifications, microbiological methods, and results obtained.
- Prepare, review, and submit reports to the Team Leader within stipulated timelines to support individual sample release.
- Report errors, abnormal observations, and non-compliances related to procedures, equipment, and instruments promptly.
- Initiate investigations and take necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Document entries, raw data, and findings in relevant test data sheets.
- Evaluate and document instrument/equipment breakdown and suggest mechanisms to avoid recurrence.
- Maintain equipment and instruments optimally to prevent incidences or non-compliances.
Major Challenges
- Availability of validation records of analysis samples can be challenging when validation is performed at other sites.
- Material and resource availability may conflict due to priorities between labs, complicating the fulfillment of service level agreements.
Education Qualification
Relevant Work Experience
- 1-5 years’ experience for analyst and 3-7 years for reviewer in microbiology.
- Good knowledge of microbiology, skill to perform assigned tasks, and communication in English.
