Job Description

    • Implementing improvement plans on housekeeping and safety.
    • Plan overtime and leaves in consultation with the brewing manager.
    • Assist the brewing manager in developing process improvement maps.
  • Optimum Process Performance:
    • Ensure smooth manufacturing, processing, and filtration of beer as per the production schedule.
    • Control beer loss at various stages within specified norms.
    • Manage raw material wastage and improve filter aid consumption.
  • Maintain Safe and Healthy Work Environment:
    • Identify and notify safety hazards in operations and ensure they are addressed.
    • Ensure all protective equipment is provided and used by workers.
  • Key Interactions:
    • Internal: Brewing manager, maintenance engineer, packaging executives, QA executives, and stores in-charge.
    • External: Vendors and suppliers as required.
  • Qualification and Experience:
    • BSc in Microbiology with preferably 2 years of work experience in the brewing industry.
    • Candidates with strong learning agility and communication skills will be preferred.
    • Ability to understand Hindi/English, in addition to vernaculars, is preferred.
