Job Description: The Senior Research Fellow will engage in advanced research focused on the development and immortalization of primary human middle ear epithelial cells. The candidate should possess proven hands-on expertise in primary cell isolation from human surgical tissue, extracellular matrix-based culture systems, molecular techniques including immunofluorescence, qRT-PCR, Western blotting, and experience in cryopreservation/cell banking and cell line authentication/validation assays. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on primary human middle ear epithelial cells.
- Utilise molecular techniques for analysis and validation.
- Maintain and manage cell cultures and cryopreservation processes.
