The Associate Clinical Trial Manager will support Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers in various project management activities. This role is tailored for recent PhD graduates eager to enter the clinical research field and apply their analytical skills in a practical environment. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate on global study activities, working closely with the project coordinator and clinical trial manager.
- Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks consistently with a high degree of accuracy.
- Compile and maintain project-specific status reports within the clinical trial management system.
- Interact with the internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors.
- Provide oversight and quality control of the internal regulatory filing system.
- Manage study supplies and ensure their availability.
- Create and maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes.
Eligibility Criteria
- PhD in Life Sciences.
- Research experience in Cardiovascular, Renal, Metabolic, or Gastrointestinal areas.
- Fluency in English with strong presentation skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry within an international team.
- Prior experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not required.
