Key Responsibilities
- Perform study setup and maintenance within laboratory systems, including PSI loading and study modifications.
- Review study documentation (SOWs, PRFs, worksheets, amendments, and related documents) to ensure accurate system configuration.
- Perform quality control checks on study setups and updates prior to implementation.
- Maintain study-related documentation, trackers, and records to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Support the management of study amendments and ensure updates are implemented consistently across systems and operational documents.
- Collaborate with Histology Technical Liaisons, Project Management, Laboratory Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve study setup issues.
- Investigate and support resolution of discrepancies related to study setup, documentation, and system configuration.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Laboratory Sciences, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- 1-3 years of experience in laboratory operations, study setup, project coordination, pathology services, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Experience with pathology or histology workflows.
- Familiarity with laboratory systems such as Envision, Zavacor, LIMS, or related platforms.
- Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), quality systems, or regulated laboratory environments.
