Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review, evaluate, and assign incoming Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) within established performance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of applicable procedures for processing Product Quality Complaints for BMS products.
- Manage PQC mailboxes and collaborate with stakeholders for effective PQC intake.
- Deliver timely escalations to investigation sites and senior management as appropriate.
- Engage proactively with upstream and downstream partners to resolve issues.
- Ensure audit readiness and provide subject matter expertise during audits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to PQC processes.
- Maintain accurate data in PQC SharePoint sites and support timely archival of PQC-related documents.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences, or Bio-Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a global Pharmaceutical/Bio-pharmaceutical/Device organization in a Quality role.
- Fluent in English with proven professional working proficiency.
- In-depth understanding of global regulatory environments regarding Product Quality Complaint processing.
