Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned aspects of quality reviews on projects.
- Compile metrics and identify quality trends.
- Assist in addressing periodic client quality reviews and other ad-hoc client quality findings.
- Prepare initial drafts of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Perform ongoing reviews of various cases or safety reports for global regulatory submissions.
- Manage and review expeditable adverse events and product quality complaints.
- Contribute to process reviews and identify process improvements.
- Assist in coordinating client or external audits of assigned projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD degree in Life Sciences, or related area.
- Relevant and equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
Required Skills
- Three years of overall work experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and applicable EU and FDA guidelines.
- In-depth understanding of case processing and assessment.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
