Job Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties:
- Perform main functions of Kit Inventory Center as needed, which includes but is not limited to:
- Define and maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project level according to Statement of Work (SOW) and/or at site level as necessary.
- Enter the work orders into the database after reviewing any project-specific limitations or requirements.
- Adjust inventory of collection kits as reported by sites or due to project modifications.
- Troubleshoot, resolve and inform Project Manager (PM) of any complex kit supply issues.
- Assist Investigator sites with researching resupply of collection kits and materials, a skill essential for many Labcorp jobs.
- Review and research incoming orders from Investigator Support Team.
- Adjust or customize the KMS system as needed to meet the needs of the investigator sites.
- Assist Technical Administrator (TA) with complex baggie kit instructions and other database issues.
- Document all service failures, resolve, and escalate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Science is required for most Labcorp jobs.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Science and 6 months or more relevant clinical research experience in the relevant industry are often advantageous when seeking Labcorp jobs.

AM: 05:30 AM – 02:30 PM
PM: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM
NS: 08:30 PM – 05:30 AM
