Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily dairy production processes such as pasteurization, homogenization, fermentation, and packaging.
- Support monitoring of production parameters including temperature, pressure, and hygiene standards.
- Help ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, labor, and machinery under supervision.
- Assist in maintaining production schedules to meet demand and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support implementation of lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the production floor.
- Assist in identifying basic operational issues and escalate equipment or process concerns.
- Maintain and update production logs, reports, and inventory records.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/ M.Tech in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: 0 – 6 months (Freshers/Students)
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of dairy processing techniques such as pasteurization and packaging.
- Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn with a proactive attitude.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
