IIT JAM 2027 Test Papers

Who Can Apply for IIT JAM 2027?

  • Have already completed an undergraduate degree, or
  • Are appearing for the final examination of their qualifying undergraduate degree in 2027.

How to Apply for IIT JAM 2027?

Applications under the IIT JAM 2027 Notification will be submitted online through the JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS).

  • Class 10 Certificate: The Class X/SSC marksheet or certificate will be required.
  • Recent Photograph: Candidates must upload a recent colour passport-size photograph.
  • The photograph should:
    • Be 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm
    • Be in JPEG/JPG format
    • Have a white or very light-coloured background
    • Clearly show the candidate’s face
    • Match the candidate’s appearance on the examination day
    • The prescribed file size is 50 kB to 200 kB.
  • Signature: Candidates should sign using black or dark blue ink within the specified area and upload the scanned signature in JPEG/JPG format. The prescribed signature file size is 50 kB to 150 kB.
  • Category Certificate: Candidates belonging to applicable reserved categories must upload a valid certificate. These include: OBC-NCL, EWS, SC, ST. For OBC-NCL and EWS candidates, the certificate should be in the prescribed format and should have been issued on or after April 1, 2026.
  • PwD Documents: PwD candidates should upload the applicable disability certificate along with the required UDID Card/Number and related documents wherever applicable.
