Job Description
The role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of data management services for both single and multi-service projects with minimal guidance. The successful candidate will ensure quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget, while also providing comprehensive data management expertise to the Data Management (DM) team. Leadership in project planning, execution, and close-out will be essential, alongside oversight of financial management for data management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather study set-up requirements through discussions with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the validation of new device integrations with minimal guidance.
- Perform regular data cleaning activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure all deliverables meet expected quality standards and customer expectations.
- Support training for new joiners and lead internal study meetings.
- Track and manage project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the programming team for process innovation and automation.
- Maintain compliance with training and standard operating procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in clinical, biological, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of direct data management experience, including at least 1 year as a Clinical Data Management (CDM) project lead.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle and the overall clinical research process.
