Position Details
- Post: Project Coordinator (Technical Support)
- No. of Posts: 01 Post (UR)
- Tenure of the Post: 01 Year (Extendable annually up to 03 years based on satisfactory performance and project requirements)
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years (Age relaxation as per Government/Institute rules).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage startup engagement, onboarding, incubation support, and milestone tracking.
- Support grant administration, budget tracking, financial reporting, and periodic reports.
- Coordinate workshops, training, demo days, industry meets, hackathons, and mentor sessions.
- Coordinate with national, AIIMS, and international partner institutions.
- Manage Centre communications, social media, newsletters, website content, and marketing materials.
- Support IP documentation, regulatory filings, and clinical validation activities.
- Maintain operational records, MoUs, partnership pipeline, and startup portfolio dashboard.
- Support the Project Head with additional programme initiatives.
- Support data collection and coordination with departments involved in device validation.
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s degree (PhD/MPH/MSc/MTech in Biostatistics/Data Science/Bioinformatics/Life Sciences/Public Health or equivalent) from a recognized university/Institute.
- Minimum 1 years of post-qualification experience in research coordination, project management, data management, monitoring & evaluation, or implementation of health/research projects.
- Proficiency in data management and statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, R, Python, or equivalent.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, scientific documentation, report writing, and publication support.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience in multicentric research projects, database management, regulatory documentation, ethics submissions, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), research ethics, grant administration, and monitoring & evaluation.
Monthly Emoluments
₹1,00,000/- per month (Consolidated)
