The Safety Science Coordinator will assist with the overall Clinical Safety and/or PSS operations associated with products, including managing the entire adverse events process. Summary of Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing of Expedited Safety Reports (ESRs) and Periodic Safety Reports (PSRs).
- Maintain adverse event tracking systems and project files.
- Assist with reporting ESRs and PSRs to clients and regulatory authorities within specified timelines.
- Log incoming Adverse Event (AE)/ Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reports into departmental tracking applications.
- Process adverse events, including data entry and writing patient narratives.
- Generate queries for missing or discrepant information in consultation with medical staff.
- Ensure compliance with governing regulatory requirements and applicable study/project plans.
- Assist in training and mentoring PSS Assistants or peers in their day-to-day activities.
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
- Degree preferred to be in one or more of the following disciplines: Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or related area
- BS/BA with 0-6 months to 1 year of Safety experience or relevant experience.
- MS/MA with 0-6 months of Safety experience or relevant experience.
- Relevant experience includes experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
- Fluency in English and local language, both written and spoken.
Experience (Minimum Required):
- Good team player with the ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks.

- Proficient in MS Office and standard office equipment.
