Job Description

The Clinical Research Associate role at Sun Pharma involves essential responsibilities in managing clinical trials. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform site feasibility assessments and identify potential investigators.

  • Ensure timely site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
  • Train investigators and site personnel on study protocols and GCP.
  • Manage recruitment of trial participants and data entry processes.
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions for underperforming sites.
  • Coordinate with in-house or CRO partners for data management and analysis.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related field such as Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Public Health. A Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research is also acceptable. Relevant experience of 1-5 years in clinical research is required.
