Job Description

The research scientist jobs at BRIC-THSTI involve working as a Senior Bioanalyst, focusing on bioanalytical method development, validation, and analysis of pharmacokinetic samples in a regulatory-compliant laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct bioanalytical method development and validation for small molecule-based drugs.
  • Operate and maintain LC-MS/MS and HPLC systems for reliable analytical performance.
  • Support instrument qualification and ensure compliance with laboratory quality systems.
  • Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and laboratory practices.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and oversee laboratory operations.
  • Participate in internal audits and readiness initiatives for regulatory inspections.
  • Generate analytical summaries and bioanalytical study reports in compliance with quality systems.
  • Contribute to the establishment of bioanalytical laboratory operations and workflows.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential qualifications include a Master’s degree in any branch of life sciences, along with at least four years of post-qualification experience in bioanalysis, particularly in LC-MS/MS and HPLC methods.

Experience

Applicants should have substantial experience in bioanalytical method development and validation, especially using LC-MS/MS and HPLC techniques. Proven expertise in laboratory management and quality system compliance is essential, along with a strong track record in troubleshooting and maintaining laboratory equipment.

  • Strong understanding of bioanalytical regulatory compliance.
