| Essential Qualifications | Option 1: Master’s Degree in Biochemistry (Plant Science), Food Science & Technology, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Processing Technology, Food Chemistry, Food Science & Nutrition, or an equivalent discipline from a recognised University/Institute with at least 4 years of R&D experience in Industrial/Academic Institutions, Science & Technology Organisations, or Scientific activities/services as per DST guidelines.
OR Option 2: PhD in Biochemistry (Plant Science), Food Science & Technology, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Processing Technology, Food Chemistry, Food Science & Nutrition, or an equivalent relevant discipline from a recognised University/Institute. |
