Job Description
The research associate role at Lupin requires relevant biosimilar experience from reputed biosimilar companies. Candidates should have experience in the development of cell-based assays and ELISA, along with familiarity with flow cytometry-based assays. The position demands the capability to design experiments with minimal supervision and experience in developing functional bioassays to evaluate different mechanisms of action.
Additionally, candidates will analyse data using various software such as PLA (equivalence testing), GraphPad Prism, and Minitab. The role involves developing ELISAs and other characterisation bioassays for biosimilars, applying novel technical concepts to enhance research outcomes.
Successful candidates will possess a good understanding of assay kinetics and the mode of action of receptor biology, as well as experience in bioassay method qualification, validation, and transfer to Quality Control. Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills are essential, along with the ability to write protocols and reports and participate in scientific discussions within a team environment. Knowledge of ICH and other regulatory guidelines is preferred.
