Job Description
The role of PV Coordinator at Thermo Fisher involves providing contracted project coordination and safety support for global and domestic programs. The successful candidate will focus on serious and non-serious adverse events, protocol inquiries, and various committees. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the timely review of protocol inquiries and adverse events, generating reports for clients and project teams.
- Representing the organization at global and domestic committee meetings, coordinating logistics and facilitating discussions.
- Preparing and reviewing contractual documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Managing project-specific training and maintaining program files to ensure audit readiness.
- Performing data entry and system reconciliations to identify issues impacting project timelines.
- Providing training to junior staff and supporting local office activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any Life Science degree is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance case processing is required.
- Experience with the Argus database is an advantage.
