Job Description
This freshers job at Licious involves conducting routine quality inspections at vendor facilities and ensuring compliance with various quality standards such as SOPs, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and FSSAI. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine quality inspections at vendor facilities.

- Support vendor audits and follow up on CAPA closure.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per specifications.
- Maintain quality records, traceability, temperature logs, and audit documentation.
- Investigate quality deviations and support root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and vendor teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and food safety.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in QA/QC, Food Safety, Food Manufacturing, or Vendor Quality (freshers with relevant internships are welcome).
