Job Description
The role of the Onsite FS & Quality Ops Coordinator involves ensuring the highest quality of products while minimizing customer complaints through rigorous quality control checks and inspections. The selected candidate will implement effective quality control systems and standards across various processes and environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and conducting audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Potato Chips – Product Quality while working as PC Line Champion from QC Side.
- Manage consumer complaint reduction initiatives related to potato defects and sensory issues.
- Conduct process audits at the PC line and provide insights to Manufacturing and Engineering teams.
- Deliver quarterly training sessions for PC operatives and conduct Youden testing.
- Oversee quarterly process capability testing of the PC line.
- Ensure documentation adheres to PepsiCo standards and statutory guidelines.
- Implement safety standards to foster a safe working culture.
- Drive corporate agendas related to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), safety, and productivity.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech in Food Technology or Dairy Technology.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the Food/Beverage/FMCG industry.
- Exposure to food safety systems and ISO standards.
- Knowledge of HACCP, AIB, and TPM is preferred.
