Job Description
The clinical data management vacancy within Clinical Data Sciences at Lilly is pivotal for delivering high-quality clinical trial data throughout the entire data lifecycle. This role encompasses responsibilities from study setup through to regulatory submission, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate timely and efficient study execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and lead clinical data management activities across the study lifecycle.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of clinical data for regulatory submissions.
- Manage data acquisition, database design, validation, and dataset delivery.
- Drive study milestones, including clean file readiness and database lock timelines.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support inspection readiness and regulatory activities.
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Medical, and Data Science teams.
- Implement process improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s/Professional degree in Pharmacy, Health and Life Sciences, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Clinical Data Management.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial methodology and GCP.
- Knowledge of clinical data lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with clinical data systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and deliver results.
