Name of the Project: ‘Development of a rapid and robust high throughput reporter cell-based bioassay for detection of xenobiotics in milk’ under Prof. Rakesh K. Tyagi, Special Centre for Molecular Medicine, JNU, New Delhi-110067.
Project duration: is up to July 2021.
Tenure: The positions are on a contractual basis, which is co-terminus with the project/scheme. The initial appointment will be made for one year and prolonged further based on satisfactory performance.

Essential Qualifications for JNU Vacancy: Master degree in Biological Sciences with NET qualification and two years of research experience or MVSc in Animal Biochemistry, Animal Biotechnology, Pharmacology & Toxicology or Dairy Science or related areas. For additional information refer to ICAR office memorandum Edn.6/ 27/2014-HRD dated 30th July. 2019.
Desirable experience: Good experience of mammalian cell culture, molecular biology techniques, bioinformatics, fluorescence microscopy, methods related to biological extract prep work as appropriate to the project.
Fellowship: Rs. 31,000+HRA per month (revised).
