Name of the Project: Genetic and Molecular investigation of Intracellular trafficking complex implicated in maintaining tissue integrity and tumorigenesis using Drosophila melanogaster.

Essential qualification: First class in M. Sc. Or M. Tech. (Biology, Lifesciences, Biotechnology/Bioengineering, Bioinformatics/BioPhysics or related fields).
Project Description: utilizing Drosophila, frequent fruit fly as a model receptor, a genetic screening was completed to identify elements of intracellular signalling significant for maintaining tissue integrity. By taking both biochemical and genetic processes that this project intends to research the function of these intracellular trafficking elements in maintaining tissue integrity and tumorigenesis.
