Job Description:
- Issuance of Forms.
- Online monitoring of studies to make sure that studies have been conducted in compliance with GCP, SOPs, Protocol and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Review 100 percent of clinical raw data for completeness, accuracy, and also for compliance with all the Study Protocol, GCP, SOPs and related regulatory Guidelines.
- Review of Tabular listing appended to Clinical Study Report and Individual Subject CRF scan check according to ICH (E3), protocol, clinical raw data, regulatory and sponsor requirements.
- Reconciliation and responsibility of study specific forms.
- Preparation of projects for QA audit and Archiving.
- QC Check of Randomization and Actual time point data prepared by PKBS
- Review of Quality Control- Clinic SOP.
