1.3 Pay: Pay at level 6, according to 7th CPC Pay matrix along with other advantages (Approx. Rs. 50,000 a month for example allowances in class’X’ cities) 1.4 AGE LIMIT AS ON CRUCIAL DATE OF ELIGIBILITY: Candidate needs to be between 18 and 28 Years old (relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/ESM/PWD etc. according to Govt. Of India principles )
A) NATIONALITY: Candidate must be a citizen of India.
B) Age Limit: Please consult 1.4 of the advertisement for age limitation.
C) EQR: EQR according to section-1 ought to be from established institutions and accepted by appropriate bodies such as UGC/AICTE/State/Central education board or similar proper statutory authority.
D) MEDICAL FITNESS: Nominees should be in good mental and bodily health and free of any physical deformity that might hinder effective discharge of responsibilities. Provisionally shortlisted candidates will be exposed to a medical evaluation as prescribed by the competent jurisdiction, before the appointment is issued. When a candidate has been found unfit, he/she won’t be offered an appointment. For PWD candidates, medical fitness criteria are according to Govt.
E) NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC): Nominees functioning in Govt., PSU, Autonomous associations, Armed Forces and Departmental candidates have to apply through proper channel. Candidate should obtain NOC from the current employer at proper moment. Application submitted without NOC will be treated as provisional. NOC has to be submitted alongside different documents in the time of record confirmation, if required.
i) Candidates must make sure that they meet all of the eligibility criteria for the post they are applying. Their admission in any way phases of the selection procedure will be purely provisional, subject to fulfilling prescribed eligibility standards. If, on confirmation, anytime during or following the selection procedure, it’s discovered that, they don’t meet any of their eligibility standards, their candidature/appointment will probably be cancelled without any notice, without any representation in this respect will be entertained under any conditions.
ii) Provisional shortlisting/selection at any phase of the procedure or achievement in the exam confers no right of consultation, unless the government is satisfied, after such enquiry as may be considered essential, the candidate is appropriate in all respects for appointment to the service/post.
iii) The choice of DRDO in most matters related to qualification, approval or rejection of these software, style of selection, conduct of evaluation (s), allotment of evaluation centers, and nomination of all provisionally shortlisted candidates to a certain lab/city will be final and binding on the candidates and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
How to Apply:
Candidates should satisfy themselves, before employing, about their eligibility for the post. Candidates are, therefore, urged to carefully examine the ad and fill out the application form and submit the same in accordance with the directions to prevent rejection afterwards.
A) All candidates should apply online via the link on CEPTAM notice board (https://www.drdo.gov.in/drdo/ceptam/ceptamnoticeboard.html). Applications received by another style will be summarily rejected.
B) The online application portal will be opened on 04 August 2018 and closed on 29 August 2018 (05:00 PM).
C) Primarily, the candidate should register online by filling the fundamental particulars. After enrollment, the candidate will get a user Id & password (notice it down & keep securely ), which is utilized to login for filling of application.
D) Candidates are advised not to wait till final date to submit their applications. CEPTAM won’t be liable, if candidates aren’t able to submit their applications on time because of last minute heavy hurry, network congestion etc..
E) These records and their scanned copies have to be kept prepared before completing the application: (I) 10th class or equivalent certificate for age proof. (ii) EQR certificates e.g. Graduation, Diploma etc. (as applicable). (iii) Photograph (Use just recent color photograph taken within last 30 days. Maintain 7 copies of the identical picture for future use.) (iv) Clear Left thumb impression taken with stamp pad in plain white paper. (v) Signature on plain white paper. (vi) Caste certification in Central Govt. Format (wherever applicable). (vii) PWD certification (wherever applicable). (viii) Identity evidence (ID) (e.g. Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, PAN, Official ID, etc.) which has to be carried throughout the exam & record verification.
F) Candidates should fill their name, date of birth, father’s name & mum’s name as specified in matriculation/secondary evaluation certification, otherwise their candidature could be cancelled.
G) Candidates must have their own phone number and legitimate & active private email id.
H) Contact particulars like email, telephone number, communicating & permanent address etc. has to be active & correct throughout the recruitment cycle because all communication will be done through them.
I) Submission of Application: (i) Nominees need to read the directions carefully prior to making any entry or selecting choices. The comprehensive instructions for filling-up of online application can be found on our site. (ii) Candidates must save and examine his/her application prior to submission. (iii) Candidates have to make online payment of application fee (wherever applicable). (iv) After closing submission, ask for change/correction in the details provided in the application form, will not be entertained under any conditions. CEPTAM won’t be accountable for any consequences caused by non-acceptance of any correction/deletion in any particular given by applicants in application form. Therefore candidates are advised to fill out the application form carefully.
J) Candidates are advised to have a printout of application and keep securely, deliver it, in the time of file verification (if necessary ). No printed copy of the application must be routed to CEPTAM. However, candidates need to produce duly signed printed copy of application at the time of record confirmation, if provisionally shortlisted.
3.2 APPLICATION FEE, EXEMPTION FROM PAYMENT OF FEE AND MODE OF PAYMENT:
A) APPLICATION FEE: Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 100/(Rupees one hundred only) is to be covered by the candidate. The fee ought to be paid individually for every post code employed.
B) EXEMPTION FROM PAYMENT OF FEE: All girls and SC/ST/PWD/ESM candidates are exempted from payment of application fee, according to Govt. of India rules.
C) MODE OF PAYMENT: Fee is to be paid online through credit card/debit card/net banking. Fee once paid won’t be reimbursed under any conditions.
D) Ex-servicemen, that have secured employment in civil side underneath Central Government on routine basis after availing of the benefits of reservation given to ex-servicemen for their reemployment, Aren’t eligible for fee concession
