The successful candidates will be expected to have a strong interest in innovative teaching methods for graduate students in aprogram. Familiarity and experience in the pharma industry is essential. The candidate will be expected to have good interpersonal skills and be able to take a leadership role in the design and management of the MBiotech Program and the undergraduate specialist program at UTM. The candidate will also be expected to help administer the graduate program and provide direction for new courses and programs. Appointments at the rank of Lecturer may be renewed annually to a maximum of five years. In the fifth year of service, Lecturers shall be reviewed and a recommendation made with respect to promotion to the rank of Senior Lecturer. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
