Notification for two posts of Teaching associate at University of Pune

Applications are invited in the following Pro-forma for two posts of Teaching Associate in the Department of Environmental Science for the academic year 2011-12.

Tenure of Appointment : Purely temporary up to March 2012
Salary : Rs. 18,000/- per month (consolidated)
Minimum eligibility :
1)M.Sc. in Environmental Science/Chemistry/life sciences with 55% marks (5% relaxation for
SC/ST candidates)
2)Age not more than 33 years. (5 years relaxation for SC/ST and Women candidates)

Preference will be given to candidates with minimum two years research experience
Interested candidates may send their application in the following Pro-forma on or before 3rd Dec 2011 on the name of The Head, Department of Environmental Science, University of Pune, Ganeshkhind, Pune -411 007. The cover should be superscripted clearly mentioning Application for Teaching Associate. Applications received after the due date cannot be considered. The Department is not responsible for any postal delay. The interview will be held on 7th Dec 2011 at 11.00 a.m. in the Department of Environmental Science, University of Pune. The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on University website on 5th Dec 2011.
