Bte thx fr d questions..it was very useful to brush up the replication process in an effective manner.
Also check the answer of m..i think it will be 17..rather than 12...!!
Ligase uses ATP for the ligation and not NAD and forms a covalent phosphophodiester bond in three steps.
Dear.!!! for forming a phosphodiester bond. eukaryotic ligase uses ATP and prokaryotic ligase uses NAD....!! so it wil be what i said..!!!

a. Is the locus of DNA winding
b. Point of inititaion of Synthesis
c. Is synthesized discontinuously
d. Is synthesized continuously
e. Synthesis direction is oppositie to that of movment of replication fork
f. Hydrolyses ATP to reduce linking
g. Stabilizes unwound DNA
h. Relieves positive supercoiling
i. is an RNA polyerase
j. Synthesizes most of the DNA
k Contains 5' - 3' exonuclease activity that removes primers
l. performs proofreading on most of the DNA
m. uses NAD to form phosphodiester bonds
