regarding m.phil biochemistry
Is it beneficial to do M.Phil?
Will I be eligible for JRF posts after doing M.Phil biichemistry or I will be rejected saying as overqualified?Will I be eligible for research Associate posts?what are the advantages of doing M.Phil?does tht minimum time of 3years required for submitting a PhD thesis is reduced to 2 years if you are an m.phil?
Yeah! if you have a M.Phil degree, you can submitt your Ph.D thesis in 2 years. Above are you will have an extra research degree which may be useful in future. I am pursuing my M.Phil programme in Immunology from a reputed deemed university from south India. I am LS (NET0 qualified in june 2011 securing 24 rank. You have to clear definitely LS (NET) if you want to teach in Indian Universities

i dont know about JRF dear but lot many universities exemp mphil people from enterance test also it deduce 1 year from phd,i am trying for the same .have u applied some where or u got a seat in mphil
