mba specilization..???

hi all, i'm pursuing my btech biotech + mba 5yr integreted course. currently i'm in 7th sem (4th yr). now i want to know that my this mba course is better in general or with the specialization..!! if specialization than in which streame..?? how is mba biotech..?? is if we choose mba biotech then is it will not decrease the value of our mba. in condition if we try job outside the biotech industry..!! and if biotech is not then which one is good HR or Marketing.. please help..!!
