Dear Friends, there are lots of youngsters are passing out from M.Sc. Biotech, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Biochemistry and other Life Science subject backgrounds. Most of them have first target to crack the various NET exams. And second how to get a job in the relevant industry with area of interest. Very few of them have a bit ambitions to establish a small entrepreneur but lack of guidance such bit ambitions have also flickered out.
I request the ARCHBISHOPS of Biotechnology field how to personify such BIT AMBITIONS.
KINDLY COMMENT FOR THE SAME.

den plzz giv ur comments even i m interestd in being an entrepreneur

it's a great idea indeed, but i think indians lack the proper mindset for entrepreneurship. an entrepreneur should firstly be willing to take the risk for a new venture, but an unfortunate and true fact is that the indian education system breeds that "service" mentality amongst the youth. most of us aspire for a 9-5 job, and a hansome monthly pay package, in short, a SAFE career. the uncertainities associated with floating a virgin project, the financial risks etc. doesnt qiute suit our mentality. maybe thats why, we boast of indians business men making it to list of 100 wealthiest people, but no INDIAN brand in the list of best globa brands( as of 2010, check this out :

guys, the responsibility lies with us, ' enterprise' is not a one man show, so like minded people should come together in this venture and set examples to follow. i dont think we lack the talent or sicerity, we just need the moral push. research inst. could provide special scholarships to students who dare to think beyond academics and venture into entrepreneurships. any more ideas...
