WILL NO OF SEATS FOR CSIR UGC JRF INCREASE FROM JUNE 2012 EXAM.

CSIR and UGC both werem planning to increase the number of seats for JRF in science discipline.
at present the number of seats in Life Science is 115 total including 74 seats for gen and obc.
with change in eligibilty ( now Btech, BPharm and BS students are also eligible) the number of seats are expected from this exam (June 2012) onwards.
if this happens then the total number of seats wouldbe about 230 including 148 seats for gen and obc.
This can also decrease the cut off for JRF from 96 marks (in dec 2011) to about 80 marks.
Hope this happens and the opportunities will rise for the aspirants.

Is it really true that csir is increasing the no of seats from june 2012? It would be really good if this happens so!
