Hello, to all of you my biotecnika friends

My question is that why vitamins molecules are not synthesis in human cell give me some important region about this at the level of genetic composition and metabolic pathway.....but it's synthesis in plant cell and microbial cell....only one exception that vitamin D are synthesis in human cell when human are exposed to ultraviolet light because some precursor are available in human skin to synthesis of vitamin D...

comment

The information is good.
Human being is the only organism who can't synthesise Vitamin C and must otain it from food source.

and reg vitamin D, its

and reg vitamin D, its classification under Vitamins is not accurate since it behaves like a hormone invloving in homeostasis of calcium metabolism, and like steroid harmones it also has cytosolic receptors (hence Vit D is not " true vitamin")

tha correct ans could be this

tha correct ans could be this one
during course of evolution animals have adapted not to synthesize the molecules that are readliy available in nature, the enzymes of corresponding vitamins are lost gradually since they are available from external food sources . It is unneccessary to expend the enegry for the things freely available.(This exp is just like humans not able to synthesize some amino acids-essential amino acids)-Refer stryer biochem for this explaination in aminoacids chapter

Vitamin Synthesis

Vitamin D, B3 , B7, and vitamin K are synthesized in our body. There's still no clear answer as to why all the Vitamins are not synthesized in human body.
