troublesome questions from CSIR-2001 DEC paper
1) Toxic shock is caused by
a) toxins produced by some bacteria
b)excessive stimulation of a large propotion of T cell by bacterial superantigens
c)abnormal cytokine production by B cells
d) excessive production of Igs.
Answer for this question given in a book as "a" it making me confused after reading it from Kuby. Which you feel as more appropriate answer "a or b"?
2)ethylene bind to its receptor, does NOT lead to
a) dimerization of the receptor
b)phosphorylation of the receptor
c)activation of CTR Raf kinase
d)endocytosis of ethylene-receptor complex
answer they given as "d" but what about option "c"? actualy ethylene binding leads to supression of CTR Raf kinase from an article and regulation by means of ubiquitin mediated not endocytosis. So which is answer here?
