too bad
generally all human beings in this world are capable to do anything if they are provided with suitable job and trained well ...................................but still some idiots are telling they are lacking skills .....what type of skills??? ...i am asking are the biocompanies were discovered by these skilled peoples before 200 years or 100 years....no.....everything is gradually and step by step improved ...but now all are telling technology is developed / modernised.....what yaar....
let me tell one thing ""give chance to freshers or if you are not ready to give then shut up your mouth... in india there are many biocompanies but still many were jobless...

i agree. freshers must be
i agree. freshers must be given a chance rather thn complainin abt lack of experience. if not at very higher positions thn atleast lower positions considering their caliber must be provided sa tht they learn and explore things which 'd enhance their skills and help their further development. also the salary given to freshers is so meagre tht they lose interest in the firm! not the subject! if these things r taken into consideration by firms providing jobs, they can expect good results 4m freshers!
I do agree Strongly. Freshers
I do agree Strongly. Freshers must be provided atleast a chance.to show thier Cliber rather than discouraged.
I go with the first reason, i
I go with the first reason, i would also recomend the following reasons
Help freshers prove themselves.
No one can match to the interest, strenght, enthusiasm of freshers to work and desire to learn more. The education system just dumps with more of subject knowledge and less of practical knowledge. How can one effectively learn practicals in a batch of 8-10 members doing one experiment. M.Sc students get to learn somewhat ony during their project and its also the luck of the student how worthy they get a good project. Even many institutes they ask for experiene even to join a PhD program. Companies can come forward to teach, hands on experience for atleast 6 months, before the candidate can be absorbed for a particular assigned work at their company, which experience the candidates failed to get through their education.
Many workshops mostly posted in Biotecnika website, they mainly invite Research scholars, teachers and persons from companies, and often costly too.
A chance need to be given , and a lag phase is needed for all, before they start to work in log phase. And you will not see stationary phase for all youngsters. Please do make more oppurtunities for the freshers to learn and work more, before their positive energy turn to a frustated life, with lack of oppurtunity to prove themselves.
Fifth option is needed
I dont think freshers lack skills...I dont think theat they are not sincere towards their work.... and I also dont think that they switch their job more often....Leaving the job for higher education for better career developmnet is the only reason of not getting the job easily...
and one most important factor is that they dont have any kind of recommendations thats why companies do not consider freshers....
My only question is.... If you dont give a chance to a fresher, how would anybody be able to get that experience...???????????
i voted for the first
i voted for the first option
freshers shud get aquainted wid d istruments wid some kind of hands on trainig .... sme workshops... they shud do sum diploma courses 2 relevant areas n dey ll surely b in
hi all, i voted for the first
hi all,
i voted for the first option, but that doesnt mean that, freshers are dumbo and they cannt do their job .
They lack skills means as they dont have experience, they dont have according knoeledge as we all know that there is huge difference between theoritical knowledge and practical knowledge...
Very true...
Very true...
bio companies dont offer jobs to freshers
i think company genreally write that they want experienced guys for job..they dont give chance to freshers easily
then how will a fresher will get experince if companies dont offer them jobs..
