Requirements :

Responsibilities :
1. Meet and educate new clients (purchase, finance, end-researcher) about Ocimum’s products/services
2. Respond to enquiries, request-for-proposals, rate-contract requests, tenders, etc within stipulated time
3. Co-ordinate between end-researcher and Ocimum headquarters/lab for on-time delivery of project
4. Follow up with customers for timely payments
5. Maintain up-to-date documentation/records for entire pre and post sales activities – meetings, phone-calls, quotes, proposals, purchase orders, invoices, collections, etc
6. Collect customer samples, and deliver customer results within stipulated period
