Advertisement for two JRF vacancies at Gauhati University

Borah (Principal Investigator).

Name of the Post : Junior Research Fellow (02 Nos)

• Essential Qualification : M.Sc. in Botany/Life Sciences having specialization in Cytogenetics and Plant Breeding/Plant Taxonomy/Plant Ecology
• Pay Scale : Rs.16,000/- + 20% HRA p.m. for 1st & 2nd years; Rs.18,000/- + 20% HRA p.m. for 3rd, 4th & 5th years. (Non-NET candidates may be appointed @ Rs.12,000/- + 20% HRA p.m. for 1st & 2nd years; Rs.14,000/- + 20% HRA p.m. for 3rd,4th &5th years)
• Duration for both the posts : 5 years (the appointment is co-terminus with the project).
