Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow for the following time-bound sponsored project as per the details given below:

Project title : Functional genetics to decipher the molecular basis of vision loss in inherited retinal dystrophies: applying in Vivo DNA electroporation into the mouse germ line for stable transgenesis in rod and cone photoreceptor cells.

Qualification : M.Sc. in Life Science, Biotechnology, Medical Biotechnology

Job Description : Work involves generation of transgenic mice, cloning, and screening. DNA and RNA related work. Experience in molecular biological wet work is desirable

Emoluments : Rs. 16,000/- per month consolidated + 30% HRA if NET Qualified/leading to Ph.D otherwise Rs. 12,000/- per month + 30% HRA consolidated.
