Job Description :
1.Analytical Method Development and validation of Recombinant Proteins & monoclonal antibody.
2.Refolding, Oxidation, Deamination & Aggregation Study
3.Molecular weight determination & Iosoforms separation.
4.Protein estimation & quantification, Peptide Mapping
5.Handling of analytical instruments like Capillary Electrophoresis System, Iso-electric focusing system, HPLC (RP-HPLC & SEC-HPLC) RT-PCR, ELISA, UV-Spectrophotometer, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot

Desired Profile : M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry / Biochemistry / Biotechnology) with experience in analytical method development and validation of recombinant proteins & monoclonal antibody.
Experience : 5 - 10 Years
