Central Tuber Crops Research Institute conducting Walk in Interview for SRF position

Recruitment of Senior Research Fellow and Office Assistant, purely on a temporary basis under the project entitled “Development of standards of DUS testing for varietal gene bank in elephant foot yam and taro”, interview will be held at Regional Centre of Central Tuber Crops Research Institute, P.O- Dumduma, Bhubaneswar-751019 on 13.06.12 at 10:30 AM (SRF) and 2:30 PM (Office Assistant). The Project duration is for 3 years. The initial offer is for one year only and likely to be extended. Age: 35 years or below for men, 40 years or below for women (Relaxation as per the Govt. of India norms)

• Post : SRF
• No of Post : One
• Fellowship : Rs 16000/- PM + 30% HRA
• Essential Qualification : First class in M.Sc (Ag.)/Plant Science with specialization in Genetics and Plant Breeding / Horticulture /any discipline with practical knowledge in vegetable breeding.
• Desirable : Experience in DUS testing and working knowledge in computers.

Programme involves field work. Interested candidates may submit biodata along with photocopies of certificates/marksheets on the day of interview. The original certificates/          marksheets have to be produced for verification. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates.
