Advertisement for the award of SRF under ERFS Project at GBPUAT
Applications are invited for the award of one post of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) at Department of Soil Sciences, College of Agriculture, U.S.Nagar
- Post : Senior Research Fellow
- Consolidated Fellowship : Rs. 16,000/- per month
- Funding Agency : Centre for Atmospheric Sciences, IIT Delhi
- Project title : “Extended Range Weather Forecast and its use for Climatic Risk Management in Rice & Wheat crops for farmers of Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand”
- Duration : For a period of 10 months up to March 2013
- Educational Qualification : M.Sc. (Ag) / Ph.D. in Soil Science or in Agri. Economics with relevant experience in Climatic Risk Analysis or Economic Impact Analysis
Applicants possessing required qualification may apply on plain paper with following information to the Head, Department of Soil Science latest by June 19, 2012. Candidates fulfilling the qualification should appear in interview on June 20, 2012 at 11 AM in the Seminar Hall of Department of Soil Science. No separate interview letter will be issued and no TA / DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
