Project : “QM/MM Partial charges, Binding pocket contours analysis and FEP calculation for designing potent inhibitors of HTLV-Protease: A De novo drug design Approach” funded by CSIR
Duration : Three Years
Fellowship : Rs.14, 000/- + HRA as applicable
Essential Qualification : PG Degree in Bioinformatics / Chemistry/ Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology / Biophysics / Biochemistry / Life Sciences/ Pharmacy with minimum of 55% marks in the PG examinations. Two year research experience in recognized university or institute after M.Sc or M. Tech/M.Pharm with two publications in SCI journal.
Desirable : Research Experience in wet lab techniques related to Drug Discovery will be given preference. Experience in Molecular modeling and CADD will be added qualification.
