SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME AT TEZPUR UNIVERSITY

Tezpur University is conducting a four week Summer Internship Programme in Chemical Sciences, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Environmental Science, Food Engineering and Technology for outstanding students of undergraduate Programme from June 01, 2012 to June 28, 2012.

Objectives : Some of the main objectives for implementing this Programme is to introduce the young talents into research at an early stage, open up the university facilities to students of other institutions and give them opportunities to interact with the experienced faculty members of the university.

Stipend : The selected students will be provided incidental expenses amounting to Rs.2000/- for the entire period.

Accommodation : The interns will be provided accommodation (double/multi bedded rooms) in the university hostels. However, they will be required to bring their bedrolls and arrange for their food.
