One Senior Research Fellow available at University of Calcutta

One Senior Research Fellow, is required for the project entitled “Studies on the antihypertensive and hypocholesterolemic effect of sesame seed protein” funded by Directorate of Vanaspati, Vegetable Oil & Fat, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Govt. of India vide Memo No.15/1/2011-Exp dt.20.01.2012 under the supervision of Dr. Pubali Dhar. Dept. of Home Science. University of Calcutta.

Duration of Project : 3 years
Fellowship : Rs.14000/- consolidated
Eligibility :
a. M.Sc. in Life Science, Food & Nutrition, Environmental Science with Chemistry as one of the subject in the
b. B.Sc. level.
c. M.Sc. with at least 60% marks and minimum two years research experience in technology or allied sciences.
d. NET/ GATE qualification is preferred.
Upper age limits : 30 years for SRF as on 01.03.2012
