JRF vacancy in project funded by Life Science Research Board of DRDO to University of Calcutta
One Junior Research Fellow required for the project entitled “ Ferulic acid as a radio protector against challenges and threats from ionizing radiation: Validation of molecular mechanism involving NF- B and Nrf 2 cross talking system”, funded by Life Science Research Board of DRDO, Govt. of India under the supervision of Dr. Sanjit Dey , Department of Physiology
Post : Junior Research Fellow
- Eligibility : First Class M.Sc. in any branch of Life Science with NET ( JRF). Candidates having NET( Lectureship ) / Valid GATE score or M.Tech.( Biotechnology) may also apply. Candidates should have relevant research experience on Animal Handling Skills Cell culture , molecular biology Techniques, Radiation Biology or any proven research skills in the subject areas.
- Fellowship : Rs. 16000 – 16000-18000 + adm. allowance for NET JRF / M.Tech. qualified. candidates otherwith fellowship will be Rs. 12000 -12000 -14000 + allowances as per sanction of the funding agency and also as per norms of C.U.
- Venue : Office on the Secretary, UCSTA,C.U.,92,A.P.C.Road , Kolkata -700 009.
