Students/Researchers can attend Bioinformatics Workshop @ Pondicherry University, Pondicherry | Register Online

Centre for Bioinformatics of Pondicherry University is a national facility funded by the Department of Biotechnology, Department of Information Technology and University Grants Commission. The Centre offers a M.Sc. programme in Bioinformatics under UGC Innovative Teaching and Research Programme and a Ph.D., programme has also been started from 2009. The Centre has received Centre of Excellence for Teaching and Research in Bioinformatics by the Department of Information Technology, Govt. of India. Under this programme the centre is offering modular courses in various areas of Bioinformatics for personnel from industry and academia and depending on successful completion of the 4 modules a PG Diploma in Bioinformatics is awarded.
